JBL GO bluetooth speaker review
I just want to share my insights about the JBL GO Bluetooth speaker by Harman Kardon. Late last year i was doing some window shopping at a mall when i heard this loud music as i pass by into a tech shop. there's a lot of people gathering in that tech shop, out of my curiousity i checked whats happening and i was shocked to what i saw. The loud music that i'm hearing is from a very small bluetooth speaker it has a dimension of 68.3 x 82.7 x 30.8 (mm) yes!! its that small and it only weighs 130g. And I'm like "what??" so I decided to test it on my own and played a couple of tracks in it. I loved how it sounds, the audio is so clear specially for the vocals. So I purchased one for 1,600 pesos, and i tested it the whole day and comparing it to the other bluetooth speaker that i have. When i compared a couple of bluetooth speakers to the JBL GO one thing that makes it stand out is its ability to deliver high quality audio despite of its size, and it has a very good design. You can put the speaker any place u want it to be because the design is like a mini sound box so there is no problem at all in putting the speaker to any surface, plus you can hang the speaker to your back pack, motorbike etc. if you are traveling because it has a place where you can put a clip for you to hang it. I really loved this speaker because of its quality the only down side of this speaker is that it struggle on secondary bass specially for EDM music genres, but i don't mind it because i understand that JBL has to cut some corners for the features because of its size, besides other than the EDM genres the speaker works very very well. The JBL GO can play up to 5 hours of full volume music (play time varies by volume and audio content) it can go up to 9 hours of play time in a normal volume level charging time of the device is only 1.5 hours it uses bluetooth version 4.1 it supports A2DP V1.2, AVRCP V1.4, HFP V1.6, HSP V1.2 rated power is 3.0W and one thing i like about the speaker is that it has a 3.5mm audio jack for auxiliary audio meaning you can use the speaker even without bluetooth by means of audio cable and the cool thing about it is that it can play simultaneous with another speaker if you connect them both using a 3.5mm audio cable. Aside from that you can use the speaker in making and receiving calls while connected via bluetooth and i was so amazed because the built in microphone of the speaker has noise cancelling meaning you are very clear at the other end of the line. So as an overall review i will give JBL GO a 4 star rating because its a pretty decent speaker it can easily fill up a room by its clear audio and fantastic beat. Really guys if you have one of these speakers you'll be surprised by the sound it produces despite of its size, by the way the speaker has a variety of colors; it has black(which i own), blue, teal, yellow, gray, red, and orange. You wont regret having this speaker as it performs really well.

CONVERGYS, A STABLE AND DYNAMIC BPO/CALL CENTER COMPANY
June 13, 2011, Convergys called up and provided me a Job Offer to start with the training. It was thrilling (hair-raising) moment and I have no idea of what would be my future to this company. I passed all the screening and I believed I deserved it (Feeler). Same process with other call center company, a one day process only. I got a packed lunch of Mc Donalds chicken with rice while we were in the process of screening. The recruitment team were very smooth and accommodating. I made a misconception before that Convergys is a terror company during the hiring process, but I was wrong. People were very supportive and gave you positive point of view. I was profiled to Comcast, a Cable, Internet and Telephone service provider in the US. I was in the Comcast High Speed Internet and Telephone team as customer service. Creating and changing passwords were our most fave. Then I was transferred to Sales Department, but before that, my first Team Lead was Ms. Joy Davin, the coolest TL but very focused, then we got the new TL which is TL Dudley, a smart yet kinda strict TL, I failed most of my categories and the last TL I had was TL Tatum, the "way libog TL", it means, if you're happy, he's happy.
My schedule kept changing, especially my account and almost everything (Even my locker, My salary getting higher!). That is why Convergys is considered to be a very dynamic company. When it comes to compensation, I was satisfied. Convergys provided stable salary compare to other companies, it means, it is very stable job. Compare to other companies that if you failed, you will be kicked off the hood. As what Convergys implemented, they hired employees to keep them until they retire, not to fire them. They have a very fair judgement. In 5 years, you will have a retirement plan already, that would be 50%, and after 10 years, that would be the 100% retirement claims.
